Assai Illa Lyrics

What is the meaning of Assai Illa lyrics?

The song 'Assai Illa' from 'Kannum Kannum Kollaiyadithaal' delves into a philosophical reflection on human nature and existence. The lyrics suggest that desire is an inherent part of every human, and that lying comes easily, implying a world where authenticity is often masked. The poignant lines, "Life itself is but a disguise, if one truly reflects, it's all a deception," paint a picture of a cynical outlook on life's superficialities and hidden truths, which resonates deeply with the movie's themes of elaborate schemes and characters living double lives. The recurring phrase, which is also the movie's title, "Kannum Kannum Kollaiyadithaal" (If eyes steal each other), acts as a central motif, subtly connecting these universal observations about human flaws and deceptions to the film's narrative of love, betrayal, and intricate cons. The song sets an intriguing and atmospheric tone, inviting listeners to ponder the deeper meanings behind appearances and actions, much like the characters in the movie navigate a world filled with illusions and hidden motives.
